I love … Being Outside

Come rain, snow or shine, not much beats being outside in the fresh air.

We have some beautiful places in the UK that cost nothing (other than travel and a picnic) to spend a good few hours enjoying them.

There’s a saying

“Take nothing but pictures and memories.  Leave nothing but footprints”

Which sounds so much nicer than “Don’t touch plants or animals, don’t leave litter”!!

Although it can help, it doesn’t have to be sunny to get out and about.  There are so many things you can do outside, here are just a few of the things I enjoy doing:

sit and do nothing
read, write/type, chat, sew
eat and drink
watch pets, wild life, clouds
walk, hike, run, swim, cycle
dance, yoga, sing
sledge, ski
draw, paint, photography
